Easy Going, 2020 Beaujolais ABV: 13A perfect organic Pinot Noir for times that call for a light, easy drinking, food friendly red. Aromas of small red fruits and floral touches jump out of the glass, leading to a fresh and balanced palate with gentle tannins and lip smacking acidity. The grapes underwent two weeks of whole bunch maceration and fermentation in stainless steel before resting for 6 months in tank. Unfined, unfiltered and bottled with a small addition of sulphur. Easy
