Syringa x laciniata Wreaths The key to success withSyringa x laciniata also known as the feathered Persian Lilac is a graceful, rounded shrub with loose panicles of 7cm long fragrant beautiful soft lavender violet coloured flowers that appear in late spring. The branches are willowy and arching and the flowers form along the branches. Equally as attractive is the foliage which is lacy with the leaves being deeply cut. The foliage turns shades of yellowy green in the autumn. An outstanding lilac worthy
