Oniric Pet Nat Rosé, 2023 biodynamic Very long fermentation with indigenousA crunchy, zippy petnat with enough salinity and grip to pair with the most comforting classic Catalan dishes. Its produced from directly pressed Garnacha picked from a Medieval parcel known as The Witches Path, and the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks before finishing the fermentation in the bottle. Legend has it that once you drink this wine, a Catalan spirit enters inside you for up to 24 hours.
