One Drop - Speed Racer 10 Day Pilsner Size:Single blended with our regular Barossa"Speed Racer is a 10 day grain to glass Italian lager. Weve been learning a lot since we kicked off our lager program 12 months ago and here we are testing the limits of our yeast. Brewed with a soft water profile, imported malts from the Adriatic coast, and dry hopped towards the end of fermentation. Italian pilsners are delicate beers that require a balance of speed and taste, that have an ever giving gift of subtle complexity as the beer opens up.
