Produced from a blend of 5 day semi carbonically macerated Grner Veltliner and Kerner, with directly pressed Pinot Blanc, and 3 day macerated Riesling, all taking place in stainless steel tanks, the wine is then bottled with residual sugar, allowing, its gentle fizz emerges. Think alcoholic Orangina, but with a gingery edge.
