Koomilya - Cabernet Touriga 2018 750ml Size:Single Style / Variety: Bourbon Whiskey"Block 1 Cabernet and Block 8 Touriga hand harvested on the 15th of March 2018 and sent to separate open top fermenters. The Cabernet spent 12 days on skins before gentle pressing and the Touriga 8 days on skins before pressing with both portions sent to extra large French oak puncheons, 50% new, for malolactic fermentation and maturation. Blended mid November 2019 and bottled on the 10th of December 2019; 2000 bottles produced." Koomilya Wine Style
