the palate is full of fruit with beautifully balanced tannins with a kiss of oak
2017 FLUFFY Vegan Both varieties were beyond making$70 per bottle. Fluffy was our beloved Moodle who recently passed away at the age of 17 and her effervescent personality is a lot like the bubbles in this bottle. This vintage is 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir ( CUVEE ) it is crisp and clean with a lovely citrus infused palate. Made using the Mthode Traditionnelle process with 7 years on lees. This wine was disgorged 5 5 24 and is zero dosage. And is also Vegan Friendly
