This gourmet honeycomb derives from a range of floral sources native to southeast Georgia, consisting mainly of Gallberry with some Tupelo, Black Gum, & Palmetto flowers. It is unique in its natural flavor and does not crystallize quickly, giving itself a longer shelf life
