It's in as found condition and ready to wear, we don't polish any of our vintage antique items, only upon request. We have lightly cleaned it, and look great as is. It measures about 1 1 8" long, by just shy of 7 8" wide, weighing about 5. 6 grams. The cameo has a light beige color with light brown base. It's hallmarked 10k on the clasp,
