TITANIUM USA R100 FUNCTIONAL SMITH PACKAGE 1 SQUAT RACKS Adjustable Foot BarThis package is made up of the Titanium USA R100 Functional Smith, Titanium USA AB90 Adjustable Bench, and the 170kg Bumper Plate and Barbell Package. The R100 is engineered with two 90kg weight stacks that work on a 1: 1 weight ratio, so the weight noted on the plates is what you are actually lifting. Most functional trainers work on a 2: 1 ratio so the actual weight being lifted is half of the weight noted on the plate. It also serves as a Smith
