Ulle de Llebre, 2023 mixcase the grapes were pressed directlyWith a light tannic touch and a smooth texture, this is a crowd pleasing wine. Produced by one of the most important figures in biodynamic farming in the Peneds region, and made from 100% Tempranillo, (Ulle de Llebre is the Catalan name for the grape), the wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel. It is vivid with bing cherry and savoury aromatics, and calling for charcuterie.
