Rosso Bag In Box, 2022 over-40 floral in the glass -Food and festi friendly Nero DAvola in a three litre bag in box. The grapes are grown cooperatively in the Camporeale region of Sicily in vineyards located between 250 and 350 metres above sea level, with the vinification taking place in stainless tanks, without filtration or fining, and with low amounts of added sulphur. Warming and soft, with medium tannins, and pleasant notes of balsamic, spices, and ripe black cherry.
