Unique tear off safety collar. Has excellent adhesion to rubber (not silicone rubber). Will bond to most other materials. Bonds in a few seconds but takes a few minutes to reach full strength. Time to set: A handling bond in 30 seconds. Full strength 20 minutes. Setting time is very dependent upon the materials being bonded and atmospheric
