Apothecary's Cabinet, Light Elm Dining Chair Mounted on a hardwood standWith a cabinet section at the bottom and 12 drawers above, our light elm apothecary cabinet is a slightly more modern interpretation of the classic medicine chest. Chinese herbalists have used multi drawer chests with multiple for centuries to hold the herbs and remedies of their profession. In some cases these would house dozens of drawers, each one split into three or four sections and labelled to show the contents. The drawers on our model are
