We've opted for cans this time again

We started with an IPA brewed with a large portion of oats and co-fermented it with honey harvested from the hives at the Milton Public Library's Beaty Branch

We wanted to brew a pale ale that combined our two approaches to the style

"Observation" is a new series for us to play around with different hop combinations so we can 'observe' how they work together and discover which combinations bring new flavours we don't normally see in individual hops
