This is a fresh batch of the first beer we ever brewed and we have a bit of a tradition of releasing it the week before our anniversary each year

This allows us to 'observe' in a controlled way what aromas and flavours different hops give off

We hopped it with our hand-selected Mosaic as a backbone and added some BRU-1 and Idaho Gem to the mix
