Puglia Bianco 'Skins', 2021 Non Alc This fizz comes from anA magnum of gorgeously aromatic skin contact wine in a bag from the legends at Weino BiB. The wine is made in Collaboration with Morasinsi Winery in Puglia,with Moscato and the local Pampanuto grape undergoing three weeks of skin contact and ageing in tinajas. Structured yet vibrant with lots of zesty acidity, a rounded texture, and generous stone fruit.
