This discontinuous distillation system was originally used in Scotland to produce whisky. Vivid, dark amber rum. Nicely balanced nose with red fruits and tropical aromas, and underlying notes of sugar cane honeys and vanilla. Well structured on the palate where fine wood combines with coffee and dark chocolate.
