Turi Bianco, 2020 White on it's ownWell balanced acidity, delicately saline, mildly herbaceous, this will transport yourself to near Syracuse. Fifth generation winemaker Salvatore (Turi) Marino has run his wine project in Pachino, Sicily since 2017. His vines could be described as bush vines and grow free standing on his vineyard. He makes decisions on the vineyard based on the lunar calendar. When he's not making wine he can be found making his own semolina pasta from his own wheat.
