Vintage Carnelian Pat. 2472958 Sterling Silver Cufflinks Free Form Brooch pin The heart is about 18mmRare Estate find, Vintage Pat. 2472958 Sterling Silver Large Carnelian free from stone Cufflinks. These are spectacular like No other, the measure about 23mm by 24mm, give or take, these are natural stone so they are both different in size and tones but very close. They are in as found condition, I have not polished them, they have Patina on the backs but look awesome as is. They will polish out nicely if desired, i prefer them just like they are,
