Bianco, 2021 Sparkling Josh and Josie of CapA big white made for food. Manzoni (born from a cross between Riesling and Pinot Bianco) grown on calcareous clay in the hands of legendary Trieste winemaker, Elisabetta Foradori. Its full bodied and fresh. White flowers meet stone fruit, its sophisticated and nutty. Drinks very well now and will also mature beautifully in the next few years.
