The 2025 vintage began with a moist Spring followed by a dry, warmer Summer. Our approach to processing the fruit was to maintain skin contact for 3 days prior to pressing. We fermented the wine using wild yeasts and without oak to retain its varietal character. Notes of red apple and pear flavours, our Pinot Gris is delectable drinking on its own or with good food
