Memory Lane is our first crack at Roussanne fruit from the beautiful Box Grove Vineyard in Nagambie, handled with patience, detail and just the right amount of Fin mischief. 90% was straight pressed for purity, 10% spent two weeks on skins for grip, perfume + complexity, then the whole lot rested 18 months in old oak for calm, weight + quiet depth.
