Mountain Culture - Nerves of Steel Macrodosed West Coast TIPA COL-Oktoberfest Befitting a birthday beer"In the spirit of trying new things, we are experimenting with an innovative technique in this WCIIIPA that we've termed Macrodosing. For this technique, we strip the beer of all yeast and whirlpool hop residue using our state of the art centrifuge before returning the beer back to the fermenter in order to load it up with the entire dry hop bill in one KO hit. We've used a single mammoth hop addition that is a combination of Idaho 7, Simcoe, Cryo
