Full Moon Rising (Original) 2019 The second paintingAfter an evening photoshoot along the Des Moines River, Marcia and I were heading home when I spotted the full moon rising over this backwater marsh. Not having a tripod along, I laid in the roadside ditch in an attempt to hold the camera steady for long exposures. A Polk County sheriff driving by spotted me, pulled over and asked what was going on. I explained I was taking photos for future paintings. He asked if by any chance I was Larry Zach. When
