Les Robinettes, 2022 White experimentalA really generous and lively Pinot with a wonderful balance between vibrant red fruits and savoury, floral aromatics. The wine is produced from purchased vines planted in the early 2000s on a south and south easting limestone slope, which undergo whole cluster, two week fermentation with indigenous yeasts, followed by 12 months ageing in barrels, and just minimal SO2 added at bottling, resulting in just 0 15ppm at bottling.
