Ming Dining Table, Warm Elm h100 while the large brass circularThis chunky, solid wood dining table in a warm elm finish, is simple in style but with some features that are typical of Chinese Ming furniture. As well as the usual 'horse hoof' feet it has large 'S' shaped supports fitted into the underside of the table top to add stability to the legs. These are known in Chinese as 'bawangcheng' (literally 'giants arm braces'). The table comfortably seats six and looks wonderful with our yoke back side chairs.
