Vinified as a vin de saigne, a short maceration with a long fermentation under controlled temperatures is employed. This wine defines the word delicious! A clear, pale fuchsia in color with flavors of pink grapefruit, orange, and pomegranate. Round and fresh in the mouth. Pairs with Pork, Rich Fish, Shellfish, Poultry.
