This DDH IPA was fermented with a brand new yeast developed by combining our favourite New England yeast with a punchy Kveik yeast
(with the planks bent on fire but not toasted) and not new oak (since the new barrels are good for the Barbera)
Volume 1 of our series within a series is a concept album of modern West Coast IPA
which underwent a two week maceration and refermentation before further aging in a second-use Oloroso sherry butt
