Ouverture Blanc, 2022 vegan Marine says ‘Yellow Suds Marine’Direct press Aligot produced in extremely limited numbers from Burgundy vigneron, Arnaud Chapuis. Deliciously pure fruited and textural on the palate with accents of peach, citrus pith, honeysuckle and carried by electric grapefruit acidity for a refreshingly moorish finale. Slowly pressed over two days with fermentation and lvage in old barrels. Bottled unfined, unfiltered and without added sulphur. Here today, gone tomorrow!
