Dowel Pins take advantage of this "memory" to rejuvenate their compressed spiral grooves with the application of water based glue. Our pins absorb some of the moisture in the glue and expand to take up the space left by the shrinking glue, creating an excellent mechanical and chemical bond. Our dowel Pins are milled round and slightly oversized, then grooves are impressed into
