Van Dieman - Elderflower Spontaneous Ale 375ml Size:Single Tasted April 2019"A Lambic inspired fruit beer, consisting of young spontaneous ale aged in oak barrels, brewed with, and aged on fresh Elderflower flowers. Brewed in early December 2019, inoculation into coolship included fresh Elderflower flowers and bees wax (and some residual honey) on a particularly favorable inoculation night (3. 9c temp and gentle WNW winds), this appears to have incentivised the fermentation resulting in a rapid (for spontaneous beer)
