Olla Rouge, 2022 Syrah This is the third passEasygoing, fun and quaffable red. The wine is in fact a blend of red and white grapes, using 60% Grenache Noir, and the rest equal parts Grenache Gris and Macabeau, all grown on clay limestone soils, and fermented together and aged in concrete tanks. Bright and bursting with red berries, with scents of Mediterranean herbs and wildflowers adding depth.
