For those that don't know, thiols give us those fruity flavors to beer that you know and love, like passionfuit tropical fruit, berries, stone fruit, and citrus. Hops like Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe have loads of them. ? However, Rendez vous is getting it's major dose of thiols from somewhere else and that's
