Blue Pyrenees - Section One Shiraz 2024 750ml Size:Single Style / Variety: Irish Whiskey"Our Section One Shiraz is sourced entirely from the oldest Shiraz vines on the estate at 50 years of age. These mature vines always produce wines with high toned floral aromatics, delicate blue fruit flavours and long, seamless structure. Naturally low cropping at 3. 5tons Ha, Section One was machine harvested in the early hours of the 15th of March 2024. A high percentage of whole berries were retained and fermented in five ton open top fermenters.
