This is one of the few leathers still made in the USA. The lanyard is 1 2" wide and when it is doubled up it is 18 inches. It has a scissor snap for attaching things. It is secured with a chicago screw with threadlock in it so it won't open. I hand make everything in my shop myself, if you need it by a certain date please let me
