And on the palate refreshing and lighthearted fresh cut mango and other stone fruits evolve in the glass in a refreshing way. For this vintage we have Tocai Fruilano and Trebbiano showcasing the fresher, livelier side of an Italian inspired skin contact wine. Both grapes are hand harvested from Fox Hill Vineyard just at the start of September. The Trebbiano was destemmed and
