Le Roc Ambulle, 2022 Gamay hard cheeses and let itThis ros petnat is a real crowd pleaser. Its produced without any interventions, and made with a grape local to the south west of France called Negrette, with the vines grown over gravel and stone soils. It has a pretty coral colour, an enticingly fruity nose, with the bubbles offering fantastic energy, lingering with some raspberry flavour and mineral undertones.
