Lovers' dance on caring feet, 2021 over-20 Dérain and MikulskiDo you remember your first ever dance at the school disco, what about the kiss? It taste like peached and white strawberries didn't it. This is a ros with an elegant edge. Made from late harvested grapes grown by Domaine du Mazel in Valvignres. The grapes were manually crushed and left to macerate for a few hours before resting in 600L oak barrels for a year before bottling. Unfined, unfiltered and without any added sulphur whatsoever.
