Cascade, 2021 Australia FranceGrapes: SyrahA home county wine! A field blend where we actually know what has gone in it ! Grapes all picked by hand, foot stomped and macerated between 2 to 10ish days. Grapes from vineyards stretching between Essex, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire and Sussex. We spent some time recently making wine with x marine biologists Dan and Nic who it is fair to say are absolutely lovely, so is this wine.
