It began its life in December 2021, when we filled oak barrels with whole cherries in a Beechworth orchard.? The barrels returned to the brewery that afternoon, where they were filled with a golden base beer ahead of an 12 month secondary fermentation.? The resultant beer has a vibrant cherry colour, aroma and flavour and a cleansing sour finish.?"
