The diamond shape is a pattern that has been used on costumes since the Heian period

細やかな草花文様が段ごとに描かれた小紋をアロハシャツに。

当時は上流階級しか見ることができなかった貴重な輸入品の紋様であるため現在でも格式高いモチーフとされ、着物や帯の柄として使用されています。

松葉文様は江戸幕府五代将軍・徳川綱吉の定め小紋（裃に使用する柄）だったとされています。
