Vietti: Perbacco Langhe Nebbiolo 2022 Direktimport 100% Chardonnay with the typical100 % Nebbiolo, gelesen in verschiedenen Weinbergen rund um Barolo und Barbaresco. Jeder Weinberg wird einzeln vinifiziert die alkoholische Grung dauert dabei 3 bis 4 Wochen bei 28 bis 32 C. Danach folgt die malolaktische Grung in Edelstahl und Barrique. Der Ausbau zieht sich ber 18 bis 20 Monate, teils in kleinen, teils in groen Holzfssern. Erst dann werden die Partien im Stahltank zur finalen Cuve vereint und abgefllt. Ein Langhe mit Struktur und
