2020 Fer de Soif Mansois Marcillac Berthoumieu Rhône-Nord with a mineral note (slate)Wine made from 100% Fer Servadou (locally called Mansois). Very dark appearance, almost black with a red edge. Nose of plums d'Agen and ink. Soft and juicy attack with aromas of black fruits, licorice and herbal notes. Ripe tannins with pleasant acidity. Light to medium body with a dry and persistent finish. Easy to drink. A nice discovery.
