Constructed of golden yellow celluloid machine embroidery in the shape of a standard Kriegsmarine eagle with open wings clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, on a dark blue wool backer, with its white cotton backer and partial paper backer on the reverse; measuring 108 mm (w) x 45 mm (h), in unissued condition.
