A stainless steel KF-40 circumferential clamp and rubber elastomer centering ring will create a leak-free seal between two KF-40 flanges
ensuring that no air or liquid can leak from the system
The 4-way-cross is commonly used with other KF-16 fittings in the assembly of foreline vacuum plumbing and process systems
or any location where great reduction is helpful
