Austria, Imperial. A Silver Bravery Medal, Ii Class, C. 1917 Newly Listed original ribbon on the EM(Silberne Tapferkeitsmedaille II. Klasse). Instituted on 19 August 1789. (1917 1918 issue). A round silver medal, the obverse depicting a rightward facing profile of Karl I circumscribed by name and title, the reverse with inscription of FORTITUDINI (BRAVERY) within a laurel branch wreath and above crossed standards, on loop for suspension from its period original tri fold ribbon with magnetic metal hook and loop, designer marked on the obverse
