Narkoojee Special Release Edna Rae Sparkling 2021 charteris The soils here consist ofThe fruit for this wine was hand picked from our estate plantings and was fermented by indigenous yeasts. It is named in honour of Edna Rae Friend, the mother of Narkoojees co founder, Harry Friend. Edna and her husband Athelstan, owned and operated the dairy farm that is now the site of the Narkoojee vineyard and winery.
