Germany, Luftwaffe. A General’s Breast Eagle, First Pattern Newly Listed with only very minimal marks(Luftwaffe Brustadler fr einen General 1. Modell). Constructed of a dark slate grey wool twill base, the obverse bearing a hand embroidered gold bullion wire droptail style Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 85 mm (w) x 55 mm (h), demonstrating minor material fatigue, a first pattern example in uniform removed and near extremely fine condition.
