SAMPSON on the left, COMMANDER IN CHIEF on the right, reverse shows an engraving of a Navy officer, Sailor, and Marine standing on a plaque engraved with the text SANTIAGO DE CUBA JULY 3, on a striped ribbon in red and blue, extremely fine condition.
